INTERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
Access to Rooms, Check-in and Check-out
The hotelier reserves the right to refuse clients whose attire is indecent or neglected and whose behavior is noisy, improper, intoxicated, contrary to good morals, and public order.
Anyone wishing to stay at the Hotel must disclose their identity and age as well as those accompanying them. The client may not bring into the room third parties not known to the hotelier (Ordinance of the Prefect of Police of October 28, 1936, amended by Ordinance Art. 9 of February 1, 1940), unless authorized by the latter. Similarly, the client may not occupy a room for more than 2 persons as regulated.
In case of non-compliance with this regulation, the hotel reserves the right to refuse the client and charge the client’s credit card.
Upon arrival, unless agreed by the hotelier, the client cannot demand to occupy the room before 3 PM. The nightly rental ends at 11 AM regardless of the client’s arrival time. Exceeding this time will be charged as an additional night without access to the room after 2 PM.
A luggage service allows clients to entrust their luggage to the hotel’s reception. The hotel assumes no responsibility in case of theft or damage to belongings.
A bank card imprint will be requested by the establishment upon your arrival for a minimum of one night.
Upon departure, the client must return the RFID card of their room to the reception. It is forbidden to take any object belonging to the hotel: the client must inform the hotelier if a mistake is made and return it, otherwise, it will be charged. The RFID room card is a key that the client can keep on them. However, it must not be given to a third party and must be returned on the day of departure.
In case of non-return, the hotel will charge €10 and withdraw the amount from the client’s credit card.
Children and Extra Beds
No extra beds will be provided.
Children are under the full responsibility of the client. It is forbidden to leave them unsupervised in the room.
At the client’s request, the hotel can provide a baby bed, subject to availability and can only be installed in privilege rooms.
If you wish to come with your children, ask if there is availability in connecting rooms.
Extras are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the website and must be paid separately directly to the establishment.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Guide dogs for the blind and assistance dogs are admitted free of charge with prior agreement from the hotelier.
Group
A reservation is considered a group from 5 rooms booked. A deposit of 50% of the total reservation amount will be requested at the time of booking to confirm the group. In case of cancellation or modification up to 15 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded, excluding a fixed cancellation fee of €100.
The deposit will no longer be recoverable for any cancellation or modification less than 15 days before the arrival date.
The Pool
Hotel towels are forbidden at the pool; towels are available at the reception for €2 per pool towel.
The pool is open from 2 PM to 9 PM. For safety, the pool is fenced. The hotel assumes no responsibility for accidents occurring in or around the pool. It goes without saying that children must be under the supervision of their parents. (Regulation posted at the pool entrance)

The rooms made available to our clients are checked, functional, and in good condition. Our clients are invited to immediately report any failure to the hotel reception.
In case of a problem, the client will engage their civil liability. In case of damage, the hotel reserves the right to charge the client the cost of repair or replacement. The same applies to any infraction noted after the client’s departure; the amount of compensation will be charged to the client’s card.

Clients must not nail anything to the walls or move any furniture.
Noise, even during the day, is prohibited. The client causing disorder or scandal in any form will be invited to leave the hotel immediately and without refund. In the interest of the establishment’s tranquility, all noise must cease between 10 PM and 8 AM. Out of respect for and the rest of other clients, please do not slam doors or make too much noise, especially between 10 PM and 8 AM. Any neighborhood noise related to the behavior of a person or an animal under the client’s responsibility may lead the hotelier to invite the latter to leave the establishment without the need for acoustic measures, as long as the noise generated is likely to affect the tranquility of the clientele (art. R.1334-30 and R. 1334-31 of the Public Health Code). Any inappropriate disturbances will be reported to the police if necessary.
A hotel room is a place of rest. Any trade is strictly prohibited.
